A Sittin' and A Swimmin'

While Ellis was at home working on his sitting.........

I was at the pool with my cousins Anika and Jacob! It took me a little while to warm up, but soon I was venturing out on my own. Although I never got too far away from Mommy!

Eyes

Our eyes are different, but equally beautiful!

Mine are very blue. Kaden's are very brown and his nose is very red from a run in with the carpet!

USA

Here we are cheering on the USA during the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics. OK, we didn't really watch them (mommy and daddy did after we went to bed) but we were sporting our USA gear for the big day.

We love food at this house! Poor Ellis has only had milk... until today. He tried some oatmeal for lunch. He even tried to help mommy feed him. He sure was messy though! While all the attention was on him, I decided to try a new way of eating without using my hands. Avocados stick to the plate and can be hard to get with your fingers.

Mohawk Mania

Here I am rocking my first mohawk! As you can see, I am very happy about it! It even stayed through the night and the whole next day until we washed it again.Kaden wore his hair in a mohawk too. His hair was so long when he was born that he wore his first mohawk the day he was born! After a few months he lost all of his hair, so he wasn't able to sport the mohawk again until he was 7 months old.

Daddy Update

Thank you for all your concern about our Daddy. He made it home Tuesday night! YAY!!! More good news is that his car wasn't even hit! The man at the towing company was wrong when he told him it had been hit. So......not only is daddy ok, but his car is too! He took some pictures of other cars at the impound lot next to his.
